How much do your services cost?

Most buyer’s agents in Australia charge between $15,000 and $20,000 and we sit within that range. For properties over 1M-2M, the fee can be a little higher. When you come onboard, we organise all of this for you and guide you through each step, unless you would prefer to use your own contacts.

Do you only work with investors?

We work with people who want to maximise their capital growth. Most of the time that means investors, because they are usually focused on long-term returns and buying in early-stage growth markets.

However, we also help owner-occupiers who want strong capital growth as part of their strategy. For owner-occupiers, we currently assist in Melbourne only. For investors, we operate Australia-wide.

How do you ensure a property is a good investment?

We follow our simple, data-driven process and The Property Trading System (as desribed in the free training video above) to make sure every property we buy is positioned for strong capital growth and minimal risk. There are four key parts to this.

We begin by understanding your goals, budget, risk profile and holding cost thresholds. The property must make sense for your long-term plan, not just look good on paper.

2. The right market
We use real data to identify markets that are early in the growth cycle, have tight supply, rising demand, strong fundamentals, and clear catalysts for future growth. We only buy in locations where the market is likely to do most of the heavy lifting for you.

3. The right property at the right price
We analyse properties using our A-grade property checklist and do thorough market valuations to ensure you secure the right property at the right price.

4. Proper due diligence
Every property goes through a full due diligence process. This includes legal checks, building and pest reports, and identifying any red flags that could affect future growth or rental performance.

This approach ensures that every property we purchase is aligned with maximising your growth.

How long does it take to secure a property?

Most clients secure a property within 1 to 3 months. The exact timeframe depends on your budget, your criteria, and the market we are buying in. If your requirements are very specific, it can take a little longer. In some cases, it can also happen very quickly.

We have secured properties for clients in as little as 3 days when the right opportunity came up.

What matters most is buying the right property, not buying fast for the sake of it. We will only present a property if we strongly believe it is an A-grade asset that fits your strategy and has the potential for above-average capital growth.

How much money do I need to invest?

It depends on your situation. If you have guarantor support, you may be able to borrow the full amount and get started with very little upfront.

As a general rule, most investors will need around 100k in equity or cash to comfortably begin. If you are aiming for a more blue-chip asset, you may need a minimum of 150k to 200k to cover your deposit, costs, and buffers.
